Tin started music at the age of 4 at the conservatory; back then she used to dance to 80s-90s pop at her elder sister’s parties.
At teenage she discovered trip-hop & Brit-pop and started writing songs. Then Tin lived for a year in the UK and through the mist of the city and Shakespeare’s literature she recorded her first demos. Back in Paris she made a whole album entirely produced with a little QY100 Yamaha keyboard, the one that Björk and Madonna used !
Tin tells about the ups and downs of a young girl who makes her own songs in the sound and the fury, in joyfulness and quakings. On stage she plays with artist Jan Dark (keyboards and groovebox).
Imaginary Cupcakes was her first EP under the name of TIN, 4 catchy synth pop songs produced with Julien Galner (from French touch band Chateau Marmont & Exotica..)
Shady Hour (first released in February 2014 on Colette platform before itunes) followed with 3 tracks noticed by MK2 French cinemas who offered to broadcast her songs in all their cinemas in Paris. She has successfully played live at Le Baron, Le Tigre, La Dame de Canton…
Tin is also an accomplished DJ and a Parisian nightlife activist. After being invited to play at Showcase, Point Ephémère, Régine’s, Machine du Moulin Rouge, Pulp etc., she has now become a resident DJ @ Le Baron, Candelaria, Miss Ko, Pasdeloup in Paris. When she is not playing live concerts, she does international gigs: Copenhagen (Hotel Skt Petri for Eurowoman magazine), New Delhi where she did the warm-up for Felix Da Housecat, New York (Verboten, Tutu’s…), Tel Aviv (Kuli Alma), Copenhagen, Saigon, London, Shanghai (Le Baron).
She also mixes for fashion shows , and major fashion brands, such as Kenzo Parfums, Fondation Hermès, and does sound design for venues such as Miss Ko - designed by Philippe Starck.
Her music was chosen as a soundtrack for fashion designer Thomsen’s runway making-of with star hair stylist David Mallett.
Tin is preparing her album (release expected in 2016); last but not least she is both the muse and music composer for French home design brand Madura’s advertising campaign shot in Hong Kong (now in all Madura stores worldwide)
